ELinks01Delete your account in the app
- Open ELinks and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- If your account has a password, enter it. Otherwise, verify your identity with a connected sign-in provider. Accounts connected to Apple may require a fresh Apple sign-in to revoke authorization.
- Read the warning and choose Delete account in the final confirmation dialog.
An internet connection is required. Deletion is complete only when the operation succeeds. If verification fails or an error appears, try again or contact support.
02Can’t access the app? Request deletion by email
Email support@brstudio.top with the subject “ELinks Data Deletion Request”. Include your registered email and profile URL, if available, and the data you want deleted. If you use third-party sign-in, name the provider. We will reply and verify your identity before processing the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or Apple, Google or Facebook access tokens.
03What gets deleted
- Your ELinks account record, email address, password hash and connected identity records.
- Associated sessions and password reset tokens.
- Your ELinks profile, public address mapping, theme selection and all links.
- Profile photos and link images you uploaded to ELinks.
Your public page will no longer be available. This action cannot be undone in the app. Save anything you still need before continuing.
04Third-party accounts and other copies
Deleting your ELinks account does not delete your Apple, Google or Facebook account. Revoking ELinks access through a provider does not by itself delete your ELinks data; also complete the deletion process above. For copies saved by visitors, search indexes or third-party caches, contact the relevant party.
05Retention and timing
After an in-app deletion succeeds, the account and product data described above are removed from the active service. Email requests require identity verification; updates are provided by email. Operational logs, backups and legally required records may have separate retention periods. Contact support@brstudio.top for the applicable scope and timing. We do not promise an unverified fixed deadline.
06Hiding your page or clearing the local cache
Hiding a page or link, signing out, uninstalling the app or clearing an offline copy does not delete your account. You can separately change visibility or edit and delete links in the app. For privacy information, read our Privacy Policy.
